This is the time of year the ancient Irish called Samhain. The turning of the year. The moment when the world slows down and asks you to pay attention. To let go of what has passed and gather in what matters.
This Thursday evening we are marking it properly. A small, intimate, candlelit gathering in Castlebar for women who want to close out the season with intention.
The evening includes:
A gentle movement practice to settle into the body and the season.
A guided Samhain meditation and storytelling journey.
Tarot card pulls to connect with the spirit of the season.
Guided writing prompts rooted in the themes of letting go, rest and renewal.
Intention stone painting to take something home with you.
Warm sips and nibbles throughout.
This is not a performance and there is nothing to get right. Just come as you are, into the warmth, on a dark November evening, and let the season do its work.
